This page explains how to request deletion of your 12 Testers account and the data associated with it, what is deleted, what may be retained, and how long the process takes. You control your data and can ask us to delete it at any time.
Option 1 — Request deletion by email
Send a deletion request from the Google account email you use to sign in to 12 Testers. Using the button below pre-fills everything for you:
If the button doesn't open your mail app, email us directly at wyoopsales@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my 12 Testers account", sent from the email address you sign in with so we can verify the request.
Option 2 — Delete data in the app
- Open 12 Testers and sign in.
- Go to your Library and delete each app you have listed to remove those listings.
- To remove your entire account and remaining data, send the email request in Option 1.
What is deleted
When we process your account-deletion request, we permanently delete:
- Your account profile (name, email, profile photo, and user ID from Google Sign-In).
- Apps you have listed in your library.
- Your group memberships and per-day testing records (tested apps, streaks, strikes).
- Your credits and reputation balance.
- Notifications in your in-app inbox and your push-notification (FCM) tokens.
- Feedback you authored, where it can be removed without breaking another developer's records.
What may be retained
| Data | Why it's retained | Retention period |
|---|---|---|
| Aggregated / anonymised analytics (e.g. Firebase Analytics) that no longer identifies you | To understand overall app usage; it is not linked to your identity | Retained in anonymised form |
| Feedback already shown to another developer about their app | To preserve the integrity of that developer's received feedback; personal identifiers are removed | Kept in de-identified form |
| Records we are legally required to keep | To comply with legal, tax, or fraud-prevention obligations | Only as long as the law requires |
How long it takes
We acknowledge deletion requests as soon as we can and complete deletion of your personal data within 30 days. Backups containing residual copies are purged on our regular backup-rotation cycle. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
