These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the 12 Testers mobile application (the "App"), operated by Wyoop Technologies ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. What 12 Testers is
12 Testers is a community platform where app developers help each other by testing one another's apps — for example, to satisfy Google Play's closed-testing requirement of a minimum number of testers over a set period. Members list their apps, join testing groups, test other members' apps, and earn in-app credits and reputation for participating.
2. Eligibility & accounts
- You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) and able to form a binding contract.
- You sign in using a Google account. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- List apps that contain malware, or that are illegal, deceptive, infringing, or that violate Google Play policies.
- Manipulate, game, or abuse the credits, reputation, strikes, or group systems (for example, by falsely marking tasks or using unauthorised automation).
- Harass other members, or submit abusive, misleading, or spam feedback.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the App or its infrastructure.
- Use the App to collect data about other members beyond what the App is designed to provide.
4. In-app credits and reputation
- Credits and reputation are virtual, in-app items with no monetary value, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Credits are earned and spent within the App (for example, spent to join a group and earned by testing). Balances are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- We may adjust the credit/reputation rules, or correct balances affected by abuse or error, at our discretion.
5. AI / Autopilot testing (optional)
- The optional "AI testing" / Autopilot feature automatically opens enrolled group apps in sequence for a short period and marks them tested for the day, without collecting ratings or written feedback.
- It is strictly opt-in and reciprocal: you enable it for your own app and may then use it on other members' apps that have also opted in.
- It requires the device's "Display over other apps" permission and shows an on-screen countdown you can stop at any time.
- You are responsible for how you use this feature and for complying with the terms of any third-party apps and of Google Play. We provide it "as is" and cannot guarantee it works on every device or OEM.
6. Your content
- You retain ownership of the app details, icons, instructions, and feedback you submit ("Your Content").
- You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute Your Content within the App as needed to operate the service (for example, showing your listed app and feedback to other members).
- You represent that you have the rights to submit Your Content and that it does not infringe others' rights.
7. Relationship with Google Play
8. Service availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time. We aim to keep the App available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Disclaimers
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wyoop Technologies will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the claim, or INR 1,000.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wyoop Technologies from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from Your Content, your use of the App, or your breach of these Terms.
12. Termination
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the App. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as content licences, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will survive.
13. Governing law
Except where prohibited, these Terms and any dispute arising from them are subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights and laws that apply in your country of residence. Where the law allows, we will first try to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide notice within the App where appropriate. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
